Parental accountability
Children get hurt. They fall, they trip. They run when they should walk. They turn things on when they shouldn't. Pull on things, push on things. Accidents happen. Today a child died. A little boy, age 6, with Down syndrome, found a gun in his house. He shot himself in the face. His name was Jeffery. Where were his parents? Why was the gun accessible? If people wish to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights, for the love of God, do it responsibly. A child died today. He didn't have to. This wasn't an accident. It was carelessness. Rest in peace, sweet Jeffery. God bless you.

Week 1-My journey to being healthy
Today marks week one of my journey to being healthy. To date I have lost 7 pounds. Yeah, me! I am having a problem with late night snacking. The snacks are healthy, but I still need to stop doing that! Anyways, I'm not exercising much yet. Finding time is hard! If anyone has any suggestions. please let me know!
