Week 1-My journey to being healthy
Today marks week one of my journey to being healthy. To date I have lost 7 pounds. Yeah, me! I am having a problem with late night snacking. The snacks are healthy, but I still need to stop doing that! Anyways, I'm not exercising much yet. Finding time is hard! If anyone has any suggestions. please let me know!
